Salvage Show for Period Home Enthusiasts

Recognising the growing trend in true reclamation and recycling, the
Home, Restoration & Salvage Show is another one of Arthur Swallow Fairs’ successful ventures that takes place twice a year at two fabulous venues.

Ripley Castle Salvage Show

The first event of the year is hosted in May at the historic Ripley Castle near Harrogate.  Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Ripley Castle’s beautiful location and surroundings provide the perfect back drop to showcase the finest in architectural antiques, salvage and decorative furnishings.

Cheshire Showground Salvage Show

The second event then takes place in August at the ever popular Cheshire Showground near Knutsford. Being the home of the Cheshire County Show, one of the leading county shows in the UK, Cheshire Showground offers a stunning, rural setting for traders to display a wonderful collection of garden furniture and statuary, reclaimed and salvaged materials, restored and upcycled furniture, period home fixtures and fittings, industrial and architectural antiques and decorative furnishings.

The shows will appeal to those with an eye for style and a concern for the environment, creating an occasion to find real treasure for their homes that truly are imbued with history and character.
