Trading Places at Donington Antiques Market

The Antiques Market at Donington Park on Monday 22nd July saw us welcome quite a few new faces to the event.  Amongst the new traders was Natalie Egan from Magpies Vintage.  We first spotted Natalie at Donington on buying missions in her amazing converted VW Van, Macy.  We were delighted when she decided to trade places and make the transition from buyer to stall holder, bringing Macy and her eclectic mixture of stock to the Antiques Market.

Reclaimed Industrial Lighting

Natalie started attending events and began building up her collection of stock around 2 years ago. She now boasts an extensive variety of beautiful pieces with a special focus on the salvaged, reclaimed and industrial items that she lovingly up cycles and restores.  One of her specialities is meticulously polishing up old industrial metal lighting and bringing it back to its former glory.  Natalie says that she enjoys working with metal and that her interest probably stemmed from spending time in the shed with her dad, who’s a mechanical engineer.

It’s certainly clear from the qualiy of stock on offer that Natalie is passionate about what she does so we’re very pleased to welcome her as a stall holder!  Want to find out more about Magpies Vintage? Just visit their website:
