The season of shopping for beautiful things in gorgeous places is upon us
This event offers up the perfect shopping experience for those with an eye for beautiful old things - those who really care what they furnish their indoor and outdoor living spaces with.
Come and be dazzled by knockout items such as lovingly preserved 18th century armoire’s, gloriously decayed Swedish villa shutters, collections of salvaged stained-glass or stacks of old cinema chairs. You will find around eighty carefully picked traders from all over Europe exhibiting the best in decorative and architectural antiques, reclaimed and salvaged materials, garden furniture and statuary, restored and up-cycled furniture, period home fixtures and fittings and furnishings and industrial pieces.
The layout of the event flows in a shopping avenue style which is dotted with pretty white marquees and plenty of places to sit and rest tired shopping feet - the atmosphere is joyous with an element of luxury about it. Delicious breakfasts, lunches, teas and cakes are served all day and there is a licensed bar. The bonus to shopping like this is that there is time to stop and chat, consider what you’re buying, learn about its heritage and think strategically about how things will work in your home.
We have five Decorative Home & Salvage Shows this year, all held in stunning heritage locations and if this year’s exhibitor list is anything to go by you’re in for a treat.
